Adams Hydraulics offers a range of scrapers to suit both rectangular and circular settlement tanks. Rotating half bridge scrapers can be manufactured for circular tanks with diameters from 5m up to 40m. The basic scraper comprises tripod, bridge, end carriage, diffuser drum, and underwater scraper assembly. The bridge rotates about the centre of the tank, and the end carriage runs on the peripheral wall on wheels with PU tyres. All bridges have a central slip ring collector to which all bridge mounted electrical items are pre-wired during assembly. Optional items include scum collection and removal, end carriage mounted control panel, bridge access ladder, and park position switch, along with weir plates, scum boards, and outlet channel from GRP. A full installation, and commissioning service is also available, along with removal of existing redundant scrapers. Existing scrapers can also be refurbished.

The basic scraper comprises bridge, twin end carriages, underwater scraper assembly, control panel, cable reeling drum, and rail system. The end carriages run on wall mounted rails, which are fitted with drive dogs onto which the scraper drive engages. All bridges are pre-wired during manufacture.
